Product Care for Cowhide Leather

Our cowhides are ethically sourced from eco-friendly tanneries and are a by-product of the Halal meat industry. To preserve the beauty and durability of your cowhide leather goods, please follow these simple care guidelines:

• Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture to prevent fading and damage.

• Regularly wipe the surface of your cowhide product in the direction of the hair with a soft, dry cloth to remove accumulated dust.

• Do not use direct water, alcohol, or harsh chemical cleaners for stain removal.

• For light stains, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild soap solution after testing it on a hidden, inconspicuous area.

• For difficult stains, consult a professional leather cleaner.

• Always cover makeup products and pens inside the bag to avoid accidental stains.

• Apply a leather conditioner in small amounts with a soft cloth every few months to keep the cowhide soft and moisturized. We recommend using a conditioner without any added dye.

• Store your bag in a cool, dry, and dust-free space.

• Keep the bag stuffed with a towel or soft cloth when not in use to help maintain its shape.
