We strictly follow a No Refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).
Our Customer Support team must be notified by the customer about any complaint within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
In case of an exchange:
If the selected item is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded.
If the selected item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.
The complaint must be raised within 3 working days of receiving the parcel, along with the invoice, via WhatsApp message or email.
After reviewing the request, our Customer Support team will take approximately one week to process the claim.
Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
